Partners collaborate with us to design tailored curricula that support existing programs and advance their core organizational goals.
Middle Schools
Our seminars began in 2011 with Boulder Country Day Middle School. Since then, we have added Summit Middle School in Boulder. These programs for young teenagers expose them to deep conversations and encourage them to examine their own values as they face important life decisions.
High Schools
We helped develop and provide content for LEAD Colorado, a high school leadership program co-sponsored by the YMCA of Northern Colorado, Boulder Valley and Thompson Valley School Districts, CU, and CSU. In addition, we have delivered seminars for students in local independent high schools.
Universities
In 2014, we began working with the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business to create unique seminars that are foundational to their students’ leadership journeys. Subsequently, we have collaborated with other programs at the University of Colorado, including the Presidents Leadership Class, the Center for Leadership, ROTC programs, graduate degree programs, and various student organizations. We have also worked at Regis University and Colorado State University.
Professional Organizations
Over the years, we have been invited to develop and moderate seminars for professional organizations, including the YMCA of Northern Colorado, and the Boettcher Foundation. Our Socratic conversations have been used to strengthen teams, create deeper bonds among participants, and explore the alignment of personal values with those of an organization.

Enhance your leadership skills and explore topics that matter.
Each year, students ask us directly to work with the organizations they are currently leading. We curate the programming to meet each organizations’ specific needs. We have run seminars that explored issues such as “How to create and support a community?”, “How to collaborate with people who are different from you?”, and “How to have difficult conversations with close friends?
